Plumber Notes: On arrival, I cut out the old PEX line that had a crack and removed the old FIP and replaced it with all new PEX pipe and a new FIP with a new galvanized nipple. I then turned the water back on and allowed the system to pressurize fully. Tested for any leaks after I confirmed the leak was fixed. I then serviced the water heater, I used the tankless water heater cleaning solution. I allowed that to flow in the system for about 30-45 minutes cleaning the system and removing all of buildup and rust and job is complete.
