Plumber Notes: For this job we took care of three tub spouts, a broken irrigation line in the yard and gas tested three fixtures. The tub spouts were set 1” further than standard length which we had to use a double scutcheon. All showers are operating with functional diverters. Irrigation line is fixed with no leaks. No gas leaks were found for all three fixtures(kitchen stove/ 2 pool fire features). Customers punch list is complete and home is ready to sell by plumbing standards.
