Plumber Notes: When I arrive the customer had water the leaking onto the ceiling downstairs from the upstairs bathroom. After further investigation found that the tub spout was leaking between the spout and the wall and when the shower diverter was turned on, it was continuously gushing water into the wall, replace the tub spout and tested function. Plumber Notes: Customer wanted to get pipe fixed that goes to generator due to it rusting. Cut gas off to generator so that we could work. Disconnected gas whip that goes from gas supply to the generator inlet. Replaced with higher graded whip that should prevent issues. Turned gas back on to test for leaks by doing spray test on pipes and no leaks found at this time…. read more

Plumber Notes: We removed the old counter top gas stove. We turned off the gas, disconnected the supply line, and mounted the new gas stove. The customer was missing a regulator that needed to be installed and the supply line was corroded, so we needed to replace it. Due to the late hour, our supply house was closed. We will return the next morning to install the regulator and gas supply line. All the fittings, supply line, and regulator should be 1/2 in. We will turn the gas back on at the valve to check for leaks…. read more
