Plumber Notes: New heater was taller than old one. Had to get the Smith bros workers to lean the shelf off and pull the shelf down to cut it and then reinstall the shelf. Had to pull washer to pull old heater. Old unit wasn’t draining, so we had to get it over to the balcony and let it drain over the edge. Installed new heater with pan. Checked for any leaks and turned power on. Heating as should.
