Plumber Notes: Upon arrival I was shown the 2nd floor bathroom sink the sink has a drip from the faucet and and angle stops do not turn off. While trying to get the cold angle stop off the pipe the pipe broke in the wall. With permission I cut a small hole big enough for my hand to get in and work. I cut the pipe using a sawzall blade and glued a new stub out. After glueing the star bell coming out of the wall, I use the original support that held the original pipe and made sure the pipe was secured. I then cut the stuff out to length so that I can put a new angle stop on. After waiting a short time for the glue to cure, we slowly turn the water back on NO LEAKS DETECTED. The cartridge on the cold side of the has a lot of corrosion built up and looks rough. I am grabbing a new cartridge and will install the new cartridge. With new cartridge installed there is no drips coming from faucet. Only charging for labor hours not of any material grabbing. I had dripping issues go on I won’t be charging for as it would have resulted in a warranty call if I left the customers house.
