Plumber Notes: We removed the old counter top gas stove. We turned off the gas, disconnected the supply line, and mounted the new gas stove. The customer was missing a regulator that needed to be installed and the supply line was corroded, so we needed to replace it. Due to the late hour, our supply house was closed. We will return the next morning to install the regulator and gas supply line. All the fittings, supply line, and regulator should be 1/2 in. Plumber Notes: Upon my arrival I shut off the water to the old toilet. I then removed and inspected the flange for defects and found none. After measuring the size of the new toilet’s base, I discussed with the homeowner that in order for me to properly install the new toilet, I would have to take out a little bit of the tile work on the floor. Once approved by the homeowner I removed said tile and installed the new toilet. I also replaced the wax ring, the flange bolts, and installed a new supply line for the new toilet. Once installed, I re-energized the water to the tank and flushed it several times to inspect for leaks. No leaks were found. Job completed…. read more

Plumber Notes: Customer has a leak coming from the pump. It was a manufactured defective. Customer requested to fix the issue. So I removed the pre-existing 90 pvc that is going into the pump. I disconnect the union. I install new 3/4 pvc 90, I use abs-pvc glue. I add a 3/4x 1/2 bushing pvc to tie into the pre-existing union. Plumber Notes: Got master bathroom roughed in, lines cut and dropped below grade, got all ice maker boxes cut out. We will return tomorrow to bust floor and finish drainage for the kitchen. Arrived, got kitchen floor busted and new kitchen line ran over and stubbed up. We will return tomorrow to finish water lines and finish up the bathrooms on ruff. Will return tomorrow to finish patching floor and capping lines off in bathroom and kitchen, both are roughed in and ready for tile. Got concrete patched back in kitchen and made sure piping was straight. Cut all old pipes down below slab and capped off and concrete the areas as well. We set toilet in master bathroom with new supply line and we will return when ready to do final trim. Job is complete until tile and flooring and cabinets are done. Plumber Notes: Uninstalled hand sink in cafe area. To turn water off in that area to cap off lines in wall for new wall frame had to turn water off to building and install shut offs in the ceiling to isolate hand sink. Cut out all water lines and capped in the area the GC Jennifer asked. She stated that drain was staying so didn’t cut or move drain at this time. Will need to return to install new water lines and new sink. Arrived old sink line is broken with studor vent cut old drain out and got new 2×1 1/2 sanitary tee in wall for sink and new line ran over for sink used existing water lines and ran lines over to sink and stubbed out of wall job is complete. Returned to install hand sink. Turned water off above the cafe area to cut caps off waterline and installed new 1/4 turn angle stops with escussions. Drain line was stubbed out cut it to fit new sink and added escussions and trap adaptor to drain line so that sink drain can attach. Installed new braided supply lines to sink. Drilled holes in tile at location of bracket for sink. Installed bracket with tapcon. Hung sink on bracket attaching water lines to angle stops and drain to trap adapter. Caulked around sink and tested for leaks. No leaks found on either water supply or drainage. Job completed…. read more

Customer advised that they are not using ice maker on refrigerator any longer. Dave customer option to cut open wall and cap off. Cut open wall behind refrigerator to expose C PVC half inch pipe. Cut off pipe from ice maker line and cap off. Turn water back on to test for leaks no leaks found at this time… read more
