Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, I was shown the hall bathroom with sewage inside of the bathtub and the toilet draining slow. I found the clean out on the back of the house by the back door. I took the clean out cap off and found that it is full. Using my seven cable, I ran as much cable as I could before I would get hung up and I used to try to push forward. I only pulled out a couple of sanitary wipes and a little piece of elastic. I was worried I was pushing too far and hanging up on the pump, so I stopped going from the clean out. I took the deck cover off the top of the pump and cut a small section of pipe out and tried to feedback from the pump house but still did not break the stoppage loose. I believe it is cost-effective that we come back in the morning to break up the stoppage in daylight. I will be trying to reach out to Miss Susan to let her know that I am unable to break the stoppage tonight and to fill her in on what I have discovered.Turned and the line needs to be camerad ran scale from cleanout and ran out of cable then ran cable from lift station and it hit either broken pipe or there is some real hard that instantly binds the cable needs camera inspection Cameraed from the cleanout ir ran all of the yellow camera. We also ran 2 full spools of 7/8 cable. We went to the sump pump and took the fence and metal band off. And camerad it from both side of the 4 inch. They were both capped off. I informed the customer that’s what I think is the problem. That the 3 inch is most likely not tied into the pump. We are going to camera from the inlet to the septic tank to see where it goes. Will most likely need to find the pipe wjere the cap is and locate where the 3 inch line feeds to. Like previously said i ran all the camera through it very easily. Will need to grab the locater to locate the exact pin points of the caps and or the stoppage On arrival Thursday we popped the septic tank lid and saw it was full. Customer called septic company and there coming to check the pump in it. Customer said drain field is fine the septic company checked it last week. Plumber Notes: On arrival, customer’s whole house is backing up. I open to clean out cap. Noticed that the clean out was full of roots and dirt. I then ran my cables to clear out all of the roots for the time being, also rent a lot of water to flush the system. I did recommend a customer to have their lines cleaned out to see how far back the roots go and so that we can give them an estimate to fix the problem when job is complete…. read more

Plumber Notes: We will need to pull both toilets in the employee bathroom in the back of th facility. Run the camera down one and Snake with the other to clear the stoppage. We will then use the camera to find the reason why the facility keeps have issues and determine how the issue can be fixed.Arrived on August 1st, onsite maintenance man Mr Able, directed me to the other side of the distribution center where the stoppage is between the 2 bathrooms. I began disconnecting flushometer from commercial toilet then pulled the toilet, I started snaking it through the flange and snake wouldn’t go through due to the to toilets being back to back. I cut out a half foot long piece out of the 2 inch vent the the two toilets tied into and ran over 100 foot in cable going into the main sewer. I had to have another technician come out and help clear stoppage. After running 100ft of cable we pulled cable out and feminine products is what caused the stoppage, stoppage is cleared. Ran camera and nothing else was found, no belly was in the line. There is 1 video of camera footage that’s about 40 seconds long going into the flange, then there’s another video that’s about 4 1/2 minutes long. I set toilet back in place and connected flushometer in place and tested, no leaks. Toilet is in good working condition as well as flushing. After I pull the toilet I wrap my 7/8 keyboard to clear the stoppage and after I clear the stoppage I reset the toilet, replaced the wax ring, flush the toilet a few times to make sure the toilet line was clear. Plumber Notes: Arrived, ran bathroom sink for 15 mins, no leaks on supply lines or drain. I filled the sink all the way to the overflow rim and let it sit. Found leak on back of faucet that was dripping down the lock down studs. Got faucet set with new putty and got it sealed. Redid the diagnostics and got that leak fixed. Didn’t see any active water leaks. Took supplies from angle stops and stops look great. Ran sink for another 20 mins and no leaks job is complete… read more

Plumber Notes: Customer is looking to have vanity in master bed room moved to new location. New location is already opened up at the floor to access drains and water lines. Will need to stub out two drains and two sets of water lines for vanities and cap off other vanity in wall. Customer also has a pvc ball valve under house that is broken and leaking water. Will have to locate city water shut off to execute replacement.4/5- assisted Brydon run new drain and water lines to install double vanity. Hooked up vanity and tested. Arrived and they went ahead and laid the floors and walls. IKEA vanity… drilled holes for new drain pipe, connect drain pipe to capped off line under home. Tested thoroughly with no issues. Then dropped 2 water lines down and teed off of them to catch both sinks. Tested and no issues. Hooked up faucet and special tubular drain pieces… thank god there was no issues after testing… Also had to replace main shut off because handyman broke handle and was spraying everywhere. Handyman also cross threaded toilet supply so when we tested our water lines, water went all over new floor from toilet… While packing up, handyman asked us to extend water lines under kitchen sink and add stops so the new faucet could reach. Did as they asked and tested. No issues but they were yanking and pulling in my pipes and punching the supply tube off to the faucet, as I was leaving. Offered my professional help and was declined. Plumber Notes: Came out to install 2 new hose bibs on outside of building. Cut main supply in utility closet and tee’d off and ran water line against wall and nicely strapped off. Unable to finish installing second bib due to heavy rain and they closed at 5 but we were there a bit after. Customer asked us to return Monday to continue the job but we are currently at a point where they could cancel and be fine. Returned Monday 3-13-23 and installed another hosebib on outside of far left building. Had to tee off of water heater and ran 1/2” pipe low and out of the way, along wall and poked out the exterior wall. Strapped both bibs and pipes leading to bibs. VERY secured…. read more
