As I’m pulling cable back and spinning the cable cleared the main line stoppage , also poured a five gallon bucket of water down toilet multiple times and down the floor drain to flush down what was left behind. Plumber Notes: Customers concerned with moisture on the carpet and moisture on the drywall behind shower that was repaired a couple days prior. We opened up the wall behind The shower to investigate where the leak was coming from and found the threads were broken on the shower arm, allowing it to leak heavily in the wall when shower is activated. The drywall that was cut out in order to expose the plumbing will have to be repaired at owner’s expense we do not repair any tile or drywall. Removed necessary for plumbing repairs. We replace the shower arm and corrected the leak, and i put the showerhead back together and activated the shower, there are no leaks found at this time…. read more

Plumber Notes: Repair water line in front yard. Customer was notified by JEA that they had a high usage rate of water. Upon investigation found a water spot in yard and advised customer needed to dig up spot, but based on location of trees in the area it may be tree roots and have to reroute the water lines. Dug up area and found that water line went right into roots. Only option to make repair is to reroute the water line under the side wall and to then shut off valve box. Advised customer will have to take bushes out to run new water line. Ran new line in 3/4 pvc and tested for leaks no leaks found. Backfilled area…. read more
