Plumber Notes: Customer wasn't having hot water after about 5 minutes on a 50 gal water heater. Top thermostat was set to 1100 while bottom was set to 1250....changed top thermostat to match bottom. Waited until it was done heating up and tried a second time....water was still luke warm after about 5 minutes. Changed both elements and thermostats (top and bottom). While changing top element there was scale and sediment that came out. If the problem persists, I highly recommend coming back to flush water heater of sediment and repeating every 6 months.... read more

Plumber Notes: Unscrewed front panel of pump house to gain entry. Noticed the mip fitting to the water pump was not intact. (I made sure power was shut off) I could lift it out of the pump without disassembly. I proceeded to cut below two 90`s of corresponding line in order to tie back into pump efficiently and aesthetically. Afterwards, I unscrewed cap for pump primer to fill line with water. The line that the primer is on is not the line connected to the pump. I installed a tee and another mip for a primer cap on appropriate line and bought it back to operating order.... read more
